Bookkeeper
Responsibilities
- Work directly with multiple businesses to prepare their accounts in Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks
- Reconcile accounts in line with client agreements
- Enter bills and receipts, schedule and process supplier payments
- Prepare Australian compliance reporting such as Business Activity Statements (BAS), or Superannuation Guarantee Charge (SGC) statements
- Reconcile balance sheets including inter-company assets and loans
- Review accounts to assess business performance, and prepare management reports
- Communicate directly with clients over the phone and through email to get things done
- Stay up to date with Australian accounting requirements and changes to our industry
Skill Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a qualified accountant, ideally with BPO experience
- Experience with Australian businesses
- Experience using Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks
