Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and issues.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Understanding customer’s products inside and out.
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Skill Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment and customer service support
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Familiarity with computer operating systems
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
