Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries and issues.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Understanding customer’s products inside and out.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skill Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment and customer service support
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
