Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional strategy in expanding digital reach across Australia
  • Supports the marketing lead in creating marketing and PR materials that are well-curated, highly creative and impactful across multi-channels
  • Develops digital marketing strategies and tactics to elevate the client’s brands, increase awareness, connect to existing and future clients, and continuously find ways in growing online presence
  • Content planning, creation, scheduling and curation for social media in collaboration with outside marketing agencies
  • Actively measures digital performance and provides technical insights and recommendations
  • Researches new technology and guarantees to keep the brand at the forefront of innovations and development in digital marketing
  • Foster the continued growth of highly engaged social media communities using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, blogs, video, apps, paid media, and other digital tools/properties
  • Provide analytics and campaign reports in collaboration with the Digital Analyst

Skill Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Experience using social media listening / scheduling / analytics tools
  • Graphic design / editing (preferred, but not required)
